1. What the service is

BaatBox is a free random chat service that connects two users for a temporary text and image chat through interest-based matching. No account is created, and chats are not stored.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use BaatBox. By using the site, you confirm that you meet this condition.

3. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not do any of the following:

• Harass, abuse, threaten or blackmail anyone
• Send or demand explicit or illegal content
• Ask for, send, or spread someone else's personal information
• Spam, advertising, phishing links, or attempts to take money by fraud
• Deceive others by hiding or faking your identity
• Attempt to hack, overload or misuse the service

4. Responsibility for user content

Everything you send in a chat is entirely your responsibility. We do not moderate or store chats in advance, so we are not responsible for content sent by any user. Always look after your own safety, and report anything that is wrong.

5. Availability of the service

We try to keep the service available at all times, but maintenance or changes may happen without notice. The service is provided "as is", without any guarantee.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BaatBox will not be responsible for any user's behaviour, the content of any chat, or any loss arising from the use of the service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. New terms will appear on this page with a new date, and continuing to use the site will be taken as acceptance of them.
